    Abstract: PURPOSE: An injector mover position estimation device is provided to reduce error of estimation by directly measuring displacement of the injector mover through the back electromotive force induced to the coil arranged around the mover. CONSTITUTION: An injector(10) comprises a driver coil(12) arranged within a housing(11) of the injector, which generates magnetic field when applied with a power; and a mover(13) operating by the magnetic field generated by the driver coil. A measurement coil(14) is installed around the mover, and a voltage meter(15) is arranged to the measurement coil. The electromotive force which varies in accordance with the upward and downward displacement of the mover is measured through the voltage meter, to thereby estimate position of the mover.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and method for controlling an injector of a vehicle is provided to reduce the time delay by passing voltage through a prediction filter, wherein the voltage is for reducing the delay between the applied voltage and a driving displacement. CONSTITUTION: In a control device of a vehicle injector having an injector(10) and an ECU(20) controlling the feed amount of fuel by applying voltage signal to the injector, a prediction filter(30) is installed between an output terminal of the ECU and the injector to predict the wave form of voltage inputted to the injector and to reduce the opening varied time of the injector by inputting voltage signal, previously compensating the delay time responding to the injector, to the injector.
