Abstract: 유연성과 혈압에 대한 항내압성이 동시에 우수한 스텐트가 개시되어 있다. 스텐트는 유연성 부여부, 그리고 유연성 부여부의 수평부에 연결된 상부 연결돌기, 하부 연결돌기, 상부 연결돌기, 하부 연결돌기에서 연장되어 혈관 팽창시 내압저항의 변화에 따라 스텐트의 형상을 유지하기 위한 형상유지돌기를 가지는 폐곡선 형상의 형상유지부를 포함한다. 이러한 스텐트는 유연성과 혈압에 대한 항내압성을 향상시킬 수 있게 되어, 스텐트가 원활하게 협착된 부위에 도달할 수 있는 동시에 혈압에 견딜 수 있어 혈관의 재협착을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있게 된다. 이에 의하여, 혈관협착에 의한 각종 질병을 용이하게 치료할 수 있게 되고, 그 효과를 안정적으로 지속시킬 수 있게 된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A vascular stent is provided to increase flexibility and internal pressure resistance against blood pressure and enable the stent to reach constricted region without difficulty. CONSTITUTION: The vascular stent(10) comprises: a plurality of flexibility providing portions(20); and a plurality of shape retaining portions(30) of closed curve type having upper and lower connecting projections connected to the flexibility providing portions and a plurality of shape retaining projections extending from the upper and lower connecting projections and for retaining the shape of the stent according to a change of internal pressure resistance upon expansion of a blood vessel.
