Abstract: PURPOSE: A proteinic marker for the early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease is provided to effectively diagnose neurodegenerative diseases. CONSTITUTION: A proteinic marker for the early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease includes: ATP synthase subunit beta of 55-57 kD containing an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1; adenosine kinase(Isoform Long) of 39-41 kD containing an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2; or regucalcin of 32-34 kD containing an amino acid of sequence number 3. A composition for the early diagnosis Alzheimer's disease contains a material for detecting the presence, amount, or pattern of the proteinic marker.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供早期诊断阿尔茨海默病的蛋白质标志物，以有效诊断神经退行性疾病。 构成：用于早期诊断阿尔茨海默病的蛋白质标记包括：含有序列1的氨基酸序列的55-57kD的ATP合酶亚基β; 含有序列号2的氨基酸序列的39-41kD的腺苷激酶（Isoform Long） 或含有序列号3的氨基酸的32-34kD的聚蛋白。用于早期诊断阿尔茨海默病的组合物含有用于检测蛋白质标记物的存在，量或模式的材料。
