    Abstract: PURPOSE: A proteinic marker for the early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease is provided to effectively diagnose neurodegenerative diseases. CONSTITUTION: A proteinic marker for the early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease includes: ATP synthase subunit beta of 55-57 kD containing an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1; adenosine kinase(Isoform Long) of 39-41 kD containing an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2; or regucalcin of 32-34 kD containing an amino acid of sequence number 3. A composition for the early diagnosis Alzheimer's disease contains a material for detecting the presence, amount, or pattern of the proteinic marker.

    Abstract: A method for purification of plasma proteins from an animal cell is provided to remove a large quantity of fat and sugar from the plasma proteins simultaneously through biotinylation, improve yield and purity of plasma proteins by only two-stage purification, and reduce the purification time and costs. A method for purification of plasma proteins from an animal cell comprises the steps of: pulverizing the animal cell by a homogenizer, and centrifuging the pulverized cell to precipitate the nucleus; remove the nucleus, and ultracentrifuging the supernatant with 25-35%(w/v) percoll; and extracting a crude plasma membrane(PM) formed by percoll, and extracting the plasma membrane through two-phase extraction method of 6-7%(w/v) polyethylene glycol and 6-7%(w/v) dextran.
