    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for synthesizing pr and a Mn doped Zns white light emitting nano-particle and white light emitting diode fabricated using thereof are provided to obtain high color rendering by manufacturing ZnS nano-particle through a solvothermal method. CONSTITUTION: A UV photo conversion semiconductor chip(30) emits UV light. A supporter(20) reflects light while supporting the UV photo conversion semiconductor chip. A concave groove is formed on the surface of the supporting in order to efficiently reflect the UV light. When ZnS nano particle(10) is filled into the groove, white light is generated through the UV light from the UV photo conversion semiconductor chip.
