Abstract: A method for coating lactobacillus dually, and the dually coated lactobacillus prepared by the method are provided to improve acid resistance and heat resistance. A method for coating lactobacillus dually comprises the steps of culturing lactobacillus and preparing the freeze-dried strain; mixing the freeze-dried strain and a prebiotic substrate in a ratio of 7:1 to 11:1 by weight by using the hybridization system under the condition of the rotation velocity of 12,000-18,000 rpm, the temperature of 20-30 deg.C and the time of 2-4 min to coat the freeze-dried strain with a prebiotic substrate; and secondly coating the coated strain with an enteric coating material.
