Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing lead substituted hydroxyapatite catalyst for methane dimerization based on a chlorine post-treating technique is provided to obtain a catalyst which is effective to dimerization by applying a chlorine precursor aqueous solution to the process for manufacturing the lead substituted hydroxyapatite catalyst. CONSTITUTION: Aqueous solutions is manufactured by respectively dissolving (NH_4)_2HPO_4, Ca(NO_3)_2·4H_2O, Pb(NO_3)_2. The aqueous solutions are mixed. A chlorine precursor aqueous solution is stirred with the mixture. The mixture with the chlorine precursor aqueous solution is filtered, washed, and plasticized. The concentrations of the (NH_4)_2HPO_4, the Ca(NO_3)_2·4H_2O, and the Pb(NO_3)_2 are respectively in ranges between 0.1 and 1M. The concentration of the chlorine precursor aqueous solution is between 0.5 and 4M.

본 발명은 형태소 합성 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 형태소가 결합되어 어절을 형성하는 과정에서 형태소의 어형 변화가 심한 한국어의 교착어적인 특성을 고려하여 형태소를 합성하고 어절을 생성함으로써 자연스러운 한국어 표현을 생성하는 형태소 합성 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 또한, 한국어의 여러 유형의 높임말, 사투리, 통신체 및 연령대별 표현 등 자연어 시스템에서 필요로 할 수 있는 다양한 표현 양식의 한국어 표현을 생성할 수 있는 형태소 합성 장치 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 인공 지능의 자연어 처리(Natural Language Processing) 분야 중 자연어 생성(Natural Language Generation)에 따른 형태소 합성 기술에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A morphological composition device and a method thereof are provided to synthesize phases naturally by considering the change in morphemes which happen depending on the roots of morphemes. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(210) receives a morpheme string and morpheme string information including expression format information from a natural language creating device. A pre-processing unit(220) selects the synthetic rules applied to the synthesis of morphemes. A morpheme synthesis unit(240) synthesizes morphemes by modifying and calculating the condition for a morpheme string included in the synthesis rules based on the extracted synthesis rule. A phase synthesis unit(250) creates a phase for the synthesized morphemes.

Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, ameliorating, and treating obesity. The composition containing an extract of Aruncus dioicus var. kamchaticus H. Hara as an active ingredient exhibits an excellent activity in inhibiting cell differentiation of 3T3-L1 fat precursor cells and a high inhibitory activity on the expression of PPAR-γ, CEBP-α, and aP2 genes as upstream transcription factors in association with fat cell differentiation, and shows an excellent effect of inhibiting fat accumulation, thereby effectively preventing, ameliorating, and treating obesity. Further, the composition is a natural material, and thus has a very high degree of health safety.

The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, alleviating, and treating obesity. A germinated waxy black rice extract according to the present invention effectively suppresses differentiation in a 3T3-L1 adipose progenitor cell line and highly suppresses the expression of upstream transcription factors, PPAR-gamma, CEBP-alpha, and aP2 genes related to adipocyte differentiation, thereby preventing, alleviating, and treating obesity.

PURPOSE: A method for selectively patterning polyurethane and a semiconductor device made by the same are provided to easily form a polyurethane pattern on a substrate by using a photolithography method. CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive resin layer(11) is formed on a substrate(12). Polyurethane resin(13) is coated with 50 to 120% of the thickness of the photosensitive resin layer. The coated polyurethane resin is hardened. An adhesive force between the polyurethane and the substrate is increased by thermally processing the hardened polyurethane(14). The photosensitive resin layer is removed.

A method for fabricating a V2O5 nano-wire thin film is provided to be used in a nano conductive wire of a semiconductor circuit and a high-density V2O5 film for a secondary battery by enabling fabrication of a uniform V2O5 nano-wire thin film of a high density. A V2O5 nano-wire solution is diluted in water and is put into a Langmuir-Blodgett trough. After a halogenated DODAX(dioctadecyldimethyl ammonium X) solution is diluted in an organic solvent and is deposited on the surface of the V2O5 nano-wire solution of the Langmuir-Blodgett trough. The interfacial pressure of the halogenated DODAX solution is adjusted by using a barrier installed in the Langmuir-Blodgett trough. After a substrate is fixed to a dipping arm of the Langmuir-Blodgett trough, the substrate comes in contact with the interface of the halogenated DODAX solution wherein the substrate can be a stamp on which a patterned polymer layer is stacked. After the substrate is separated from the dipping arm, a heating process is carried out.
