    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for predicting risk of Korean cancer occurrence is provided to research relation of SNP of TP53 gene, haplotype thereof, and lung cancer occurrence. CONSTITUTION: A method for predicting risk of Korean lung cancer occurrence comprise: an SNP in which 750th base of sequence number 21, G is substituted with C; an SNP in which 1089th base of sequence number 21, G is substituted with A; an SNP in which 1157th base of sequence number 21, C is substituted with T; and an SNP in which 13446th base of sequence number 21, G is substituted with T.

    Abstract translation: 目的:提供一种预测韩国癌症发生风险的方法,研究TP53基因SNP,单体型与肺癌发生的关系。 构成:预测韩国肺癌发病风险的方法包括:序列号21的第750位碱基,G被C取代的SNP; 序列号21的第1089个碱基,G被A取代的SNP; 序列号21的第1157个碱基,C被T取代的SNP; 和序列号21的第13446个碱基,G被T取代的SNP。
