CONSTITUTION: A method for predicting risk of Korean lung cancer occurrence comprise: an SNP in which 750th base of sequence number 21, G is substituted with C; an SNP in which 1089th base of sequence number 21, G is substituted with A; an SNP in which 1157th base of sequence number 21, C is substituted with T; and an SNP in which 13446th base of sequence number 21, G is substituted with T.

PURPOSE: A marker for diagnosing lung cancer susceptibility is provided to predict the rise of lung cancer occurrence using RASSF1A gene SNP. CONSTITUTION: A marker for diagnosing lung cancer susceptibility comprises: a polynucleotide having 10-1142 serial DNA fragment, in which 342th base, C is substituted with T; a polynucleotide having 10-1142 serial DNA fragment, in which 660th base, T is substituted with C; and a polynucleotide selected from complementary polynucleotides thereof.

The present invention relates to a method which pretreats a second generation biomass with diluted sulfuric acid and simply and promptly measures the pretreatment effects, and to a method to effectively predict the amount of biomass removed through the pretreatment process by analyzing the biomass after pretreatment with a fluorescence microscope, thereby measuring the intensity of fluorescence of an image.
