    Abstract: A solid electrolyte electrode structure includes a solid electrolyte electrode which is made of conductive materials to have ion conductivity by being ionized to a metal ion, a metal electrode which is separated from the solid electrolyte electrode and is made of metal, and an insulation thin film which is interposed between the solid electrolyte electrode and the metal electrode and includes a metal filament to connect the electrodes by the metal ions along the edge thereof when a voltage is applied between the electrodes.
