Abstract: An electron emission source, device adopting the source and fabrication method the source are provided to perform stably the electron emission of the distribution. The electron emission source(10) includes a flat type cathode(11) and the cathode base(14) supporting the flat type cathode. The CNT layer(13) is fixed by the bonding layer(12). The cathode comprises the ring form-fixing member(15) to the base. The fixing member is combined in the protrusion of the base. The fixing member is formed in order to fix the skirt portion of cathode. The plate shape cathode is made of the plate shape electrical conducting material. The bonding layer is formed in the surface of the plate shape cathode. Each CNT is strongly adhered by the bottom part. The CNT layer is made of pure CNT.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A flexible electron light emission element and a display applying the same which enable fixation at installation place in a specific form using a flexible material are provided. CONSTITUTION: An electron emission material layer is formed on the surface of cathode. A flexible back face plate supports the cathode.
