PURPOSE: A marker for diagnosing lung cancer susceptibility using HER-2 gene is provided to predict and screen high risk group of lung cancer, diagnose and treat lung cancer. CONSTITUTION: A marker for diagnosing lung cancer susceptibility comprises one or more polynucleotide selected from a group comprising: a polynucleotide having 1316th base of polynucleotide sequence number 1 (-3444th from translation initiator element of HER-2 gene) which C is substituted with T and comprising 100-500 serial DNA fragments, a polynucleotide having 2771th base which G is substituted with T and comprising 100-500 serial DNA fragments; and a polynucleotide having 32301th base which C is substituted with G and comprising 100-500 serial DNA fragments and its complementary polynucleotide.

본 발명은 폐암 발생 위험도의 예측 및 선별을 가능하게 하는 폐암 감수성 진단용 마커에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 새로이 발견한 IGFBP-3 (Insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3) 유전자의 단일 염기 다형성(SNP)인 -1590 C>A 및 -202 A>C 와 이들의 일배체형(haplotype)을 이용한 폐암 감수성 진단용 마커, 진단키트 및 이를 이용한 폐암 감수성 예측 및 진단 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 환자군이 폐암 발암 고위험군에 속하는지 여부의 예측 및 선별이 가능하여 폐암의 조기진단 및 치료 등에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다. 폐암, IGFBP-3 (Insulin-like growth factor binding protein-3), 단일 염기 다형성 (SNP;single nucleotide polymorphism), 일배체형 (haplotype)

CONSTITUTION: A marker for diagnosing lung cancer susceptibility comprises: a polynucleotide having 10-1142 serial DNA fragment, in which 342th base, C is substituted with T; a polynucleotide having 10-1142 serial DNA fragment, in which 660th base, T is substituted with C; and a polynucleotide selected from complementary polynucleotides thereof.
