    Abstract: A high sensitive bio-sensor and a complex bio-sensor therewith are provided to simultaneously detect various markers for liver function including cholesterol, bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate transferase, and minimize the size of the bio-sensor by using a thin film process. The high sensitive bio-sensor comprises: a relative electrode terminal portion(124) accumulated on the upper portion of a silicon substrate(130), and electronically connected to an outer electric source; a relative electrode portion(120) located in the end of a relative electrode wiring portion(122) extended from the relative electrode terminal portion in one direction; an operation electrode portion(106) comprising a plurality of irregularities accumulated on the upper portion of the silicon substrate oppositely to the relative electrode portion; an enzyme-immobilizing portion(100) fixed to the upper portion of the operation electrode portion via covalent bond and comprising enzymes capable of reacting with a certain substrate; an operation electrode wiring portion(102) extended from the operation electrode wiring portion in one direction and located in parallel to the relative electrode wiring portion; an operation electrode terminal portion(104) connected to the outer electrical circuit located to the end of the relative electrode wiring portion; and a reference electrode terminal portion(114) accumulated between the relative electrode wiring portion and operation electrode wiring portion, and located to the end of a reference electrode wiring portion(112) extended from the operation electrode terminal portion to the relative electrode terminal portion in parallel, wherein the operation electrode portion contains a platinum thin film.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a cigs thin film is provided to enlarge the size of a thin film without a vacuum chamber by improving the crystallinity of a CIGS thin film. CONSTITUTION: A substrate is dipped in an electrolyte solution which includes Na2SO4, an indium water soluble precursor, a gallium water soluble precursor, and a selenium water soluble precursor. The substrate includes a molybdenum electrode or a silicon electrode. An auxiliary CIGS thin film is formed by performing the electrodeposition of the electrolyte solution for 10-120 minutes. A CIGS thin film is formed by thermally treating the auxiliary CIGS thin film at 230-270°C.
