Abstract: A method for manufacturing nanosphere-typed template for nanoimprint and a single-layer nanosphere pattern using the same are provided to enable a single-layer nanosphere to be formed on a substrate. A method for manufacturing nanosphere-typed template for nanoimprint comprises the following steps of: laminating nanosphere layers(210) on a substrate(200); transferring the outer layer of the nanosphere layers to a polymer layer(220) for template; and eliminating the nanosphere from the polymer layer for template in order to form a nanosphere-typed(230) template. The polymer layer for template represents one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl chloride(PVC), polycarbonate(PC) and polymethyl methacrylate.

Abstract: 나노스피어 형틀 형태의 나노임프린트용 템플릿 제조방법, 나노임프린트 기술을 이용한 단일층 나노스피어 고분자 패턴 형성 방법 및 상기 단일층 나노스피어 고분자 패턴을 이용한 응용방법이 제공되며, 본 발명에 따른 나노스피어 형틀 형태의 나노임프린트용 템플릿은 기판상에 나노스피어를 적층하는 단계; 상기 나노스피어의 외곽층을 템플릿용 고분자 층에 전사하는 단계; 상기 템플릿용 고분자층으로부터 상기 나노스피어를 제거하여 나노스피어 형상의 템플릿을 완성하는 단계를 포함하며, 넓은 면적에서 균일한 모폴로지를 갖는 단일층 나노스피어 고분자 패턴 구조를 기판상에 형성시킬 수 있다.
