PURPOSE: A compound which is useful as a two-photon tracer is provided to ensure selective absorption, high solubility, and pH resistance. CONSTITUTION: A compound as a two-photon tracer as a structure of chemical formula 5 or 6. A kit for screening an anticancer agent using TPM method contains the two-photon tracer. A method for screening the anticancer agent by TPM method comprises: a step of applying the two-photon tracer and anticancer agent into in vitro or in vivo cells, and a step of obtaining a TPM image.

PURPOSE: A two-photon dye with high selectivity and sensitivity is provided to have high transmittance depth higher than 90 micron and to detect a monovalent copper ion in a cell for long time without problems of targeting error and discoloration. CONSTITUTION: A two-photon dye with high selectivity and sensitivity is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 is hydrogen, C1-10 alkyl group or C1-10 alkoxy group, R2 is COCH3, a functional group represented by chemical formula 1-a, or a functional group represented by chemical formula 1-b, R3 is hydrogen or C1-10 alkoxy group. A manufacturing method of the two-photon dye comprises a step of reacting a compound represented by chemical formula 3 with a mixture of 6-acetyl-2-[N-methyl-N-(carboxymethyl)amino]naphthalene, 1-hydroxybenzotriazole, N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide to obtain a compound represented by chemical formula 2.

PURPOSE: A two-photon fluorescent probe for effectively detecting mercury in a fish is provided to selectively sense mercury ion and to enhance fluorescence intensity. CONSTITUTION: A two-photon fluorescent probe is denoted by chemical formula 1 and is prepared by reaction formula 1. The probe is used for detecting mercury. Mercury in a fish cell or tissue is detected using the two-photon probe. The depth of the fish cell or tissue for detecting mercury is 80-150 um.

A two-photon dye for real time imaging lipid raft is provided to increase the solubility in water, to remove cytotoxicity and to improve the intensity of fluorescence in a cellular membrane. A two-photon dye is represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 is a C5-C17 alkyl group; R2 is -COOH, -CH2SO3Na, or (CH3)3N^+ -CH2CH2-O-PO3^-CH2C(OCO-)HCH2-O-C(=O)-R3; and R3 is a C5-C17 alkyl group. Preferably the two-photon dye shows an absorption efficiency of 20 GM or more in vivo and has an excitation wavelength of 750-1,000 nm and a fluorescence wavelength of 400-700 nm.

상기 식에서 R1은 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알콕시기이고, R2는 -COCH3, 또는 이며, R3는 수소, 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알콕시기이다. 본 발명에 따른 이광자 형광 염료는 구리 1가 이온에 대해서 높은 선택성 및 감도를 가지며, 생체 세포 및 조직 내에서 90㎛보다 높은 투과 깊이를 가지고 오표적화 및 광탈색의 문제점 없이 장시간 동안 세포 내 유리 구리 1가 이온을 검출할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A two-photon probe is provided to effectively measure the pH concentration of a gastric tissue, an esophagus tissue, and viable cells in a depth of 90-180 micrometers by a ratiometric method using a two-photon microscopy. CONSTITUTION: A two-photon probe of chemical formula 1 is able to measure a pH concentration in vivo. A method for preparing the two-photon probe comprises the steps of reacting a compound of chemical formula 2 with a mixture of isonicotinic acid and phosphorus oxychloride and preparing the compound of chemical formula 1. The compound of chemical formula 2 is prepared by reacting a mixture containing a compound of chemical formula 3 and hexamethylenetetramine in an organic solvent. The compound of chemical formula 3 is prepared by refluxing a mixture containing a compound of chemical formula 4 with CuBr2 in an organic solvent.
