Abstract: An enforcement system of vehicle and driving method thereof are provided to monitor the illegal act of the vehicles and to obtain objectivity and reliability to the illegal crackdown. The enforcement system of vehicle comprises the RFID tag(100), the RFID reader(200), units for acquiring image(400), the communications module(300) and the information processor(500). The RFID tag is arranged in the vehicles. The RFID tag has the information of cars including the license plate numbers. The RFID reader is arranged in the enforcement area in the constant interval. The RFID reader receives the information of cars. The units for acquiring image obtain the first video information and the second video information from the photography of the vehicles. The communications module delivers the control signal while receiving the information of cars. The information processor determines the violating vehicle by processing the information of cars and the first video information. The information processor has the signal processing unit and storage. The storage stores the illegal vehicles information.

Abstract: 본 발명은 차량단속 시스템 및 그 구동방법에 관한 것으로, 차량에 구비되며, 차량번호를 포함하는 차량정보가 저장된 RFID태그; 단속영역에 일정간격마다 위치하며, 상기 차량정보를 수신하는 RFID리더; 상기 차량을 촬영하여 제1영상정보 및 제2영상정보를 취득하는 다수개의 영상취득기; 상기 차량정보 및 상기 제1영상정보와 제2영상정보를 수신하고, 제어신호를 송신하는 통신모듈; 및 상기 차량정보 및 상기 제1영상정보를 처리하여 위반차량을 판단하고, 제어신호를 생성하는 신호처리부 및 위반차량정보를 저장하는 저장부를 포함하는 정보처리기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량단속 시스템을 제공한다. 또한, 그 구동방법도 제공한다.
따라서, 주정차금지영역에서 차량의 번호판을 가리는 불법행위를 방지하고, 차량이 불법주정차한 시간과 영상을 용이하게 얻을 수 있다. 또한, 지정차선을 빈번히 위반하는 차량을 총 위반시간을 기준으로 단속함으로서 보다 객관적이고 신뢰성 있는 단속 효과를 얻을 수도 있다.
