Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for automated counting of asbestos fibers and a slide used for the same are provided to automatically count asbestos fibers included in a sample by analyzing images of the asbestos fibers, thereby reducing time and efforts required for analysis and increasing detection accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A drive unit (130) moves a slide, in which an asbestos fiber sample is put, intermittently in a regular distance. A signal delay unit (210) has a waveform generator that receives an input signal generated whenever the drive unit starts an operation intermittently, amplifies the signal to generate a TTL signal for delaying the input signal. A trigger connect unit (220) receives a delay signal delayed by the signal delay unit. A photographing unit (140) takes a photograph of the slide according to the delay signal input by the trigger connect unit. An image processing unit processes the photographed image to extract asbestos fibers existing in the slide as data and count the asbestos fibers. Abstract: 본 발명은 샘플 용액의 유동을 포커싱(focusing)함으로써 미세 입자 분석을 위한 모듈형 챔버에 관한 것으로서, 샘플 용액의 유동을 위한 제1 유로 및 버퍼 용액의 유동을 위한 제2 유로가 형성된 포커싱 모듈 본체, 상기 포커싱 모듈 본체의 제1 유로 입구 측 상부에 배치되어 탈착 가능하도록 결합된 입구측 커버, 상기 포커싱 모듈 본체의 제1 유로 출구 측 상부에 배치되어 탈착 가능하도록 결합된 출구측 커버를 포함하고, 상기 입구측 커버 및 상기 출구측 커버는 상기 포커싱 모듈 본체 결합함으로써 각각 제1 유로 및 제2 유로와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이를 통해 사용자가 간편하게 미세 채널을 조립하여 안정된 유동 포커싱을 쉽게 구현할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: High-resolution microscopy for measuring an asbestos fiber automatic count and a device used for the same are provided to reduce time required for counting asbestos fiber and to automatically count the asbestos fiber by an image analysis because images of the asbestos are obtained in large quantities. CONSTITUTION: High-resolution microscopy for measuring an asbestos fiber automatic comprises a fixing stand(110), a transferring unit(120), a driving unit(130), a photographing member(140), and an image processing unit(150). The fixing stand fixes a specimen for counting asbestos and the transferring unit transfers the fixing stand. The driving unit transfers the transferring unit for transferring the fixing stand. The photographing member is installed on the top of the specimen and obtains images of the specimen being transferred by the transferring unit. The image processing unit processes the images obtained by the photographing member, thereby counting the asbestos fiber existed in the specimen by extracting the asbestos fiber as into data.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A modulated chamber for a hydrodynamic focusing operation is provided to prevent the leakage phenomenon of sample solutions or buffer solutions by fixing micro channels to a desired position in a micro chamber. CONSTITUTION: A modulated chamber includes a focusing module main body(10), a inlet side cover(20), and an outlet side cover(30). The focusing module main body includes a first channel and a second channel. A sample solution flows through the first channel. A buffer solution flows through the second channel. The inlet side cover is detachably arranged at the upper side of the inlet of the first channel. The outlet side cover is detachably arranged at the upper side of the outlet side of the first channel.
