Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and method for maintaining a water purifier are provided to enable a user to use a water purifier having best-quality parts by generating a best-quality message through the recognition of an attached tag. CONSTITUTION: An identification information storage unit(110) stores identification information, and an authentication performing unit(120) performs the best-quality part authentication by recognizing the tag attached to the part. A sensor unit(130) senses the flow rate, quality and temperature of purified water. A first controller(140) generates the best-quality part confirmation message according to the performance result of the authentication performing unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable message sign controls the brightness of a display message by reflecting both illuminance and weather forecast information during a predetermined period, thereby improving visibility. CONSTITUTION: A first brightness calculation unit (10) calculates a first brightness value corresponding to the illuminance. Abstract: A wireless communication terminal using a defected ground structure is provided to conduct modulation of a data signal by controlling feature impedance of the defected ground structure, thereby being applicable to an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) wireless communication terminal which requires miniaturization. A data input unit(110) inputs a data signal. An oscillator(120) generates a carrier signal.
