PURPOSE: A tapered slot antenna device and radar including the same are provided to reduce the size of the antenna by forming a conductive member penetrating a dielectric substrate. CONSTITUTION: A tapered slot antenna(TSA)(1) includes the upper surface and the lower surface. Two radiators(10,20) are located symmetrically and vertically based on the center of the upper surface. A feeding unit including a balune(balanced-to-unbalanced transformer)(31) for feeding the tapered slot antenna is located on the back of the direction radiating electric waves from the tapered slot antenna. The balune is a device for changing unbalanced feeding to balanced feeding. The radiator of the tapered slot antenna and a ground surface are connected using a conductor. A director is attached to the tapered slot antenna for increasing a radiant gain of the tapered slot antenna.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a wireless sensor network system and an event detection rate improving method in a wireless sensor network. According to the embodiments of the present invention, an event detection rate is improved by correcting event detection errors by using the temporal and spatial correlation of sensor data in the wireless sensor network. The present invention is applied to an unmanned monitoring boundary field for main facilities and a weak monitoring area which is inaccessible to a person in a military field and a public field by improving the reliability of target detection in the wireless sensor network. PURPOSE: A target detection system using an active threshold value based on a vibration sensor and a target detection method thereof are provided to improve reliability of target detection by using an active threshold value according to noise characteristics under the environment in which the target detection system is operated. CONSTITUTION: A target detection system using an active threshold value based on a vibration sensor and a target detection method thereof includes a vibration sensor unit (10), a low pass filter unit (20), an envelope detection unit (40), a threshold value calculation unit (50), and a target detection unit (60). The vibration sensor unit detects a vibration signal which corresponds to the movement of a target. The low pass filter unit removes a high frequency signal from a vibration signal, and detects a desired frequency signal. The envelope signal detection unit detects an envelope signal which corresponds to the frequency change amount of a detected frequency signal. The threshold value calculation unit extracts the distribution characteristics of a targeting signal and a noise signal which correspond to the envelope signal. The thresh value calculation unit calculates a threshold value which satisfies the false alarm rate in the range which is predetermined according to the extracted distribution characteristics. The target detection unit detects a signal which exceeds the calculated threshold value. The target detection unit displays the movement state of a target which corresponds to the occupancy time of the target signal. Abstract:
PURPOSE: Doppler radar based target displacement detection method and apparatus are provided to classify the movement of background and the movement of a real target. CONSTITUTION: A Doppler signal of a real target is received(S110). The phase of the Doppler signal is measured(S120). The real movement amount of the real target is measured based on the phase(S130). If the real movement amount of the real target is more than a pre-set critical value, the real target is verified as a detection target. If the real movement amount of the real target is lower than the pre-set critical value, the real target is eliminated(S140 to S160).
