Abstract:
PURPOSE: A percussive device and a remolding index testing system and method of an object having the same are provided to improve the accuracy of a teat by accurately controlling the position of a balance weight. CONSTITUTION: A remolding index testing system of an object having a percussive device comprises a cylinder(110), an impact plate(121), a guide rod(122), an encoder(130), a balance weight(123), and an electromagnet holder(124). The impact plate covers the opened surface of the cylinder and is vertically movable along the inner surface of the cylinder. Both ends of the guide rod are connected to the impact plate and the encoder. The encoder is geared with the guide rod. The balance weight falls down along the outer surface of the guide rod. The electromagnet holder is arranged on the top of the balance weight to be vertically movable along the guide rod, and the balance weight is detachably arranged on the electromagnet holder. When the balance weight falls down, the electromagnet holder measures the height change of an object through the rotation of the encoder.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring the shear displacement of soil using a servo motor is provided to estimate the shearing strength of soil by simultaneously applying vertical and shearing loads to the soil. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring the shear displacement of soil using a servo motor comprises a main frame(10), a servo motor(15), a gear box(16), an elevation member(20), an adapter(40) for measuring shearing displacement, and a controller. An excavator adapter(50) is formed on the top of the main frame. The servo motor and the gear box are installed in a support(14) formed in the inner top of the main frame. The elevation member has a ball screw member(23). The adapter is detachably coupled to the elevation member and measures the shearing torque of soil using a shear ring(47) protruded from the bottom of the main frame. The controller calculates the shearing force of the soil using the signal of the adapter.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는 충격장치는 대상물의 일면에 접촉하도록 형성되는 충격판과, 일단이 상기 충격판에 연결되는 가이드 로드와, 상기 가이드 로드의 타단과 기어 결합되는 엔코더와, 상기 가이드 로드의 외주면을 따라 자유 낙하하도록 형성되는 중공을 구비한 무게추와, 상기 가이드 로드를 따라 상하이동가능하게 상기 무게추의 상부에 배치되며, 자력에 의해 상기 무게추가 착탈되도록 형성되는 전자석 홀더를 포함함으로써, 장치의 자동화와 무게추의 정확한 위치제어로 인한 사용 효율성의 증대와 시험의 정확성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A device for measuring the strength of the ground using a servo motor is provided to enable the accurate measurement of weak soil foundation from the subsidence of the ground according to vertical load. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring the strength of the ground using a servo motor comprises a mainframe(10), a servo motor(15), a gear-box(16), an elevating member(20), a subsidence sensing unit(30), an adapter(26) for load-settlement measurement, a pressure plate, and a controller. The mainframe comprises an excavator adapter(50). The excavator adapter is assembled with the bucket fixture of the excavator. The elevating member comprises a screw shaft(21) and a ball screw member(23). The elevating member moves up and down inside the mainframe by the servo motor. The subsidence sensing unit senses the vertical movement of the elevating member. A load cell is installed in the adapter for the load-settlement measurement. The lower end of the adapter for the load-settlement measurement is projected to the lower part of the main frame. The pressure plate is detachably assembled with the lower end of the adapter for the load-settlement measurement. The controller controls the servo motor.

PURPOSE: A water speed measuring apparatus and a measuring method of a vehicle are provided to automatically measure a passage time of test vehicle, thereby reducing artificial error and improving test reliability. CONSTITUTION: A water speed measuring apparatus(100) comprises a controller(110), a sensor part(120), and a communication part(130). A sensor part comprises a transmission sensor and a receiving sensor. The communication part receives a signal from the transmission sensor of a water vehicle and a passage signal from receiving sensors. The controller measures the water speed of the water vehicle based on the received passage signal. The transmission sensor transmits a sensed signal to the receiving sensor. The Passage signal is generated based on a cut off of the sensed signal by the passage of the water vehicle.
