Abstract: PURPOSE: A launching tube and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to get temperature stability of a urethane foam cover in all the temperature conditions through a post-hardening process and to regularly maintain rupture shape of the cover all the time. CONSTITUTION: A launching tube comprises a cylindrical body(111) and launching tube covers(120). Cylindrical body accomodates a projectile(130). The launching tube covers are assembled in the both ends of the body and protects the accommodated projectile. A bakelite is attached in the front of an urethane foam into a body to be fractured the urethane foam of the tube covers along a groove.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A locking unit of a projectile and a launching tube assembly including the same are provided to automatically release the locking of the projectile through the movement of the projectile in the launching of the projectile. CONSTITUTION: A locking unit of a projectile comprises a first plate(110), a lug(120), a second plate(130), and a locking unit. The first plate is supported with the launching tube accepting the projectile. One end of lug is rotatably coupled with the first plate. The second plate is rotatably coupled with the other end of the lug. The second plate supports the projectile. The locking unit fixes the lug on the first plate. The locking unit releases the fixed lug through the launching force in order that the second plate is rotated in the launching of the projectile.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cover of a guided missile torpedo tube and a torpedo tube therewith are provided to automatically and stably separate the cover from a torpedo tube when a guided missile is launched. CONSTITUTION: A cover(10) of a guided missile torpedo tube comprises locking devices(30), separating power generators(40), and cable separators(50). The locking devices, the separating power generators, and the cable separators are installed on the inner surface of the cover. The cable separators separate cables(60) for supplying power to the locking devices and the separating power generators from the cover. When power from the cable is applied to the locking devices, the locking devices are released, and the separating power generators are operated.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for sensing launching of a projectile and a projectile using the same are provided to reduce or remove influence on the motion of the projectile since a launching detecting apparatus is operated, and then separated from the projectile. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(120) for sensing launching of a projectile(100) comprises a lever unit(130), a connecting unit(140), a pressing unit, and a switch(150). The lever unit is installed on the outer circumference of the projectile. The lever unit is in parallel to the movement direction of the projectile between a torpedo tube and the projectile. The connecting unit connects one end of the lever unit to the projectile to be rotatable. The pressing unit presses the lever unit to the inner periphery of the torpedo tube to rotate the other end of the lever unit when the projectile is separated from the torpedo tube. The switch is formed in the projectile.
