본 발명은, 전류 재사용 주파수 4배 체배기에 관한 것으로, 입력된 신호에서 기본 주파수의 2배 주파수를 체배하는 제1모듈, 상기 제1 모듈에서 체배된 신호를 입력받아 위상이 반대인 신호를 출력하는 제2모듈 및 상기 제1모듈 및 제2모듈과 연결되고, 상기 제1모듈 및 상기 제2모듈로부터 입력된 신호를 기반으로, 상기 기본 주파수의 4배 주파수를 체배하는 제3모듈을 포함하고, 상기 제1 , 제2 및 제3 모듈은, C등급(Class C) 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 방향 탐지 안테나는 레이돔 내 상하좌우에 배치된 레이돔 장착형 안테나들 및 상기 레이돔 장착형 안테나들에 의해 둘러싸이도록 상기 레이돔의 중앙부에 배치되는 혼 안테나를 포함하며, 상기 혼 안테나의 적어도 일부 표면에는 인공 자기 도체가 적용되고, 상기 레이돔 장착형 안테나들 및 상기 혼 안테나는 편파가 서로 일치하도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: The test device of an electromagnetic wave tracker and a testing system including the same are provided to check the performance of the electromagnetic wave tracker regardless of the use of an anechoic chamber. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic wave tracker is arranged in a housing(110), and the housing includes an opening. Electromagnetic wave from the electromagnetic wave is transmitted and received through the opening. A signal transmitting part(120) is in connection with the opening and is composed of a plurality of waveguides. The electromagnetic wave is transmitted to the opening through the waveguides.

PURPOSE: A device for measuring pulse width and the time delay of linear frequency modulation waveforms and a method thereof are provided to accurately measure linear frequency modulation waveforms in mixed signals of fixed frequency signals and linear frequency modulation signals. CONSTITUTION: A controller(21) transmits and receives FUD(Frequency Update) control signals and CTR_PW signals to and from a transmitter(20), and provides FUD reference trigger signals to an oscilloscope(26). The transmitter transmits and receives FUD control signals and CTR_PW signals to and from the controller, and provides microwave transmission signals to an RF(Radio Frequency) distributor(22). The RF distributor receives the microwave transmission signals from the transmitter and distributes carrier waveforms in a pulse form. PURPOSE: A phase matching method and apparatus using a voltage difference of signals in a monopulse receiver are provided to simply remove a phase error by measuring a power difference of a voltage difference of an IF terminal. CONSTITUTION: A signal is transmitted from an RF signal generator through a horn antenna. The signal transmitted from the horn antenna is received through a pulse antenna and separated into a sum signal(S signal) and a difference signal(D signal). A pilot signal is generated to make a radio of D signal to S signal constant in the aspect of a phase matching reference, and determine an azimuth angle between the horn antenna and the monopulse antenna. When the pilot signal is inputted to a 180 degree hybrid circuit, the circuit generates an S+D signal and an S-D signal from the S signal and the D signal received through a sum channel and a difference channel. A voltage difference between the S+D signal and the S-D signal is measured. A phase shifter is adjusted to maximize the voltage difference.

본 발명의 루프필터는, 전류펌프에서 출력되는 전류를 전압으로 변환하는 전류대 전압 변환부와, 상기 전류대 전압 변환부의 출력 전압을 입력받고 상기 전압에 의해 발생되는 전류가 변동되는 값을 가지도록 하여 출력하는 전류 증폭부 및 상기 전류 증폭부로부터 입력된 전류를 충전 및 방전하고 상기 충전 및 방전에 의해 얻어지는 전압을 전압제어 발진기에 출력하는 필터부를 포함하여 이루어짐으로써, 원하는 잠금시간과 불요파특성을 얻는 것이 가능하다.

PURPOSE: A loop filter and a frequency synthesizer using the same are provided to obtain stability corresponding to large current change by freely changing a current change ratio which determines a bandwidth of the loop filter. CONSTITUTION: A reference oscillator(100) controls frequency disturbance according to temperature change in a crystal oscillator. A phase-frequency detector(200) transmits an error signal to a current pump(300) by comparing a phase and frequency of a reference signal and an oscillation signal. The current pump provides a specific amount of electric charges to a loop filter(400) according to the error signal or absorbs the electric charges. The loop filter applies a voltage generated by charged/discharged currents to a frequency control input of a voltage controlled oscillator(500). The voltage controlled oscillator outputs an oscillation signal having a frequency corresponding to the voltage of the charged/discharged loop filter. A frequency divider(600) divides the oscillation signal into 1/10 times.
