본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는 도파관 대 마이크로스트립 모드변환기는, 프로브를 구비하며, 적어도 일면에 마이크로스트립선로가 형성된 기판과, 상기 기판이 관통되는 관통홀을 구비하는 상판, 일면에서 리세스되고, 서로 단차를 형성하는 복수의 리세스면을 구비하고, 상기 상판 및 리세스면과 함께 도파관을 형성하는 하판 및 상기 리세스면에 상기 기판이 삽입되도록 홈을 구비하여 형성되는 리지부를 포함함으로써, 최소 천이 길이로 MIC 모듈과 연결되어 안테나의 구동각을 개선할 수 있게 된다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A phase matching method and apparatus using a voltage difference of signals in a monopulse receiver are provided to simply remove a phase error by measuring a power difference of a voltage difference of an IF terminal. CONSTITUTION: A signal is transmitted from an RF signal generator through a horn antenna. The signal transmitted from the horn antenna is received through a pulse antenna and separated into a sum signal(S signal) and a difference signal(D signal). A pilot signal is generated to make a radio of D signal to S signal constant in the aspect of a phase matching reference, and determine an azimuth angle between the horn antenna and the monopulse antenna. When the pilot signal is inputted to a 180 degree hybrid circuit, the circuit generates an S+D signal and an S-D signal from the S signal and the D signal received through a sum channel and a difference channel. A voltage difference between the S+D signal and the S-D signal is measured. A phase shifter is adjusted to maximize the voltage difference.

PURPOSE: A waveguide to a microstrip mode converter and an electromagnetic wave reception device are provided to obtain a low loss, thereby optimizing receiving performance of a microwave integrated circuit module. CONSTITUTION: A substrate includes a probe. The substrate includes a microstrip line which is formed in at least one side. An upper plate includes a penetration hole penetrating the substrate. A lower plate includes one recess side; a plurality of recess sides forming height of each other; a waveguide formed with the substrate; and the recess sides. A ridge unit includes a groove for inserting the substrate into the recess sides. The ridge unit includes a plurality of protrusion sides protruded from each of recess sides.
