Abstract: PURPOSE: A temperature/pressure testing device is provided to rapidly and accurately create various temperature/pressure conditions of an inspecting unit. CONSTITUTION: A temperature/pressure testing device comprises a high pressure unit path(10), a low pressure unit path(20), a flow path(30) for mixing, an exhausting unit path(40), a test unit(50), a test unit path(60), and a pressure controller. Gas of low pressures is supplied to the low pressure unit path. The flow path for mixing is respectively connected to the high pressure unit path and low pressure unit path and mixes gases flowed from the high pressure unit path and low pressure unit path. The exhausting unit path is connected to the flow path for mixing and controls conditions of a test unit. Some of the gas mixed in the flow path for mixing flows into the exhausting unit path. The inspecting unit is connected to the flow path for mixing and performs a performance test of a test object. Some of the gas mixed in the flow path for mixing flows into the test unit connected to the test unit path. The pressure controller controls the pressure of the high pressure unit path, the low pressure unit path, the test unit path, and the exhausting unit path.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a femtosecond laser based distance measurement device. More specifically, the present invention relates to a distance measurement device which uses a femtosecond laser based phase-locked composite wave interferometer to maintain constant phases between composite waves and enable distance measurement by measuring repetition rate of femtosecond laser in order to achieve high resolving power equal to or less than 1 μm and remove nonlinear error due to phase. According to the present invention, no limitation exists in a distance to be measured, high resolving power equal to or less than 1 μm is realized by a locked phase, and periodic nonlinear error is not caused.
