본 발명은 고체 상태의 질산 암모늄이 장입되며, 상기 질산 암모늄의 용융을 위한 가열 유닛이 구비되는 본체와; 상기 본체의 일측에 구비되며, 상기 가열 유닛의 작동에 의해 용융된 질산 암모늄의 가압을 위한 기체가 유입되는 기체 유입관과; 상기 본체의 타측에 구비되며, 상기 기체의 압력에 의하여 상기 질산 암모늄을 배출시키는 배출관; 및 상기 배출관의 단부에 장착되며, 상기 질산 암모늄을 액적 상태로 분사시키는 노즐 유닛을 포함하는 질산 암모늄 입자의 제조장치 및 이를 이용한 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: Glycidyl dinitropropyl formal, poly(glycidyl dinitropropyl formal) and a preparation method thereof are provided, which compounds have improved thermal stability and improved storage stability. Therefore, they can be useful as energetic prepolymers. CONSTITUTION: The glycidyl dinitropropyl formal represented by formula (IV). The poly(glycidyl dinitropropyl formal) is represented by the formula (V) . The method for preparing the poly(glycidyl dinitropropyl formal) of the formula (V) comprises the steps of: reacting 2,2-dinitropropyl alcohol of the formula (I) with allyl alcohol of the formula (II) to prepare allyl dinitropropyl formal of the formula (III); preparing glycidyl dinitropropyl formal of the formula (IV) from the allyl dinitropropyl formal of the formula (III); and polymerizing the glycidyl dinitropropyl formal of the formula (IV).

PURPOSE: A preparation method of 2,2'-bi-1H-imidazole using an ammonium salt and glyoxal is provided, thereby simply and stably preparing 2,2'-bi-1H-imidazole in higher yield. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of 2,2'-bi-1H-imidazole comprises the steps of: dissolving an ammonium salt in water to prepare slurry; slowly dropping 20 wt.% of glyoxal into the slurry at 30 to 60 deg. C for 2 to 4 hours; and stirring the mixture at room temperature for 0 to 5 hours, wherein the ammonium salt is selected from the group consisting of ammonium acetate, ammonium benzoate, ammonium bromide, ammonium carbonate, ammonium chloride, ammonium chromate, ammonium dichromate, ammonium formate, ammonium nitrate, ammonium oxalate, ammonium sulfamate, ammonium sulfate, ammonium sulfite, ammonium tartrate, ammonium tetrafluoroborate, ammonium thiocyanate and ammonium thiosulfate.

PURPOSE: A producing device of an ammonium nitrate particle, and a producing method thereof are provided to produce a sphere shape of the ammonium nitrate particle by applying a flat nozzle as a spraying nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A producing device of an ammonium nitrate particle comprises the following: a main body(110) including a heating unit to melt ammonium nitrate; a gas inlet pipe(120) for pressurizing the melted ammonium nitrate; a discharging pipe(130) discharging the ammonium nitrate using the pressure of gas inserted from the gas inlet pipe; and a nozzle unit(140) spraying the ammonium nitrate as a liquid droplet. A producing method of the ammonium nitrate particle comprises the following steps: melting the ammonium nitrate in a solid form at the main body; pressurizing the ammonium nitrate to make the ammonium nitrate into the liquid droplet and spraying the ammonium nitrate through the nozzle unit; cooling the ammonium nitrate; and colleting the cooled ammonium nitrate particle.
