Abstract: PURPOSE: A deuterium fluoride chemical laser is provided to be capable of easily controlling the pressure difference between monoatomic fluorine and deuterium, and securing the easiness of fabrication. CONSTITUTION: A deuterium fluoride chemical laser is provided with a monoatomic fluorine generator having a fluorine oxidizing agent supply port and a fuel supply port, a laser beam generator having a deuterium supply port, connected with the monoatomic fluorine generator for forming an oscillation region, the first direction expansion nozzle for increasing the travel speed of the monoatomic fluorine flowed into the oscillation region, a deuterium supply pipe(11) installed through the first direction expansion nozzle, a deuterium jet pipe(30) prolonged from the deuterium supply pipe toward the wall of a supersonic expansion part(12), a deuterium jet port(9) formed at one end of the deuterium jet pipe, and an optic resonator installed at one side of the laser beam generator for generating laser beam from the active medium of deuterium fluoride. At this time, the deuterium jet pipe is shaped into a linear type structure.
