본 발명은 일단은 구동부에 결합되고 타단은 하부 블록에 결합되어 상기 구동부에 작용하는 힘에 의한 3방향의 병진운동과 3방향의 회전운동 중 2방향의 회전운동은 허용하고, 3방향의 병진운동과 1방향의 회전운동은 상대적으로 구속시키는 힌지유닛을 포함하는 고속 정밀 구동을 위한 가이드 장치로서, 본 발명은 가이드 장치는 3차원 공간 상에서 요구되는 임의의 위치에 회전중심을 구현하여 요구되는 팁-틸트 방향의 고속, 고정밀 구동을 위한 가이드 장치이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A laser thermal doming measurement device, a thermal doming measurement system with the same, and a laser thermal doming measurement method are provided to measure the laser distribution without a data loss while transferring a gas cell at high speed. CONSTITUTION: A laser thermal doming measurement device includes a laser emitting unit (61), a beam distribution measuring unit (63), a gas cell (71), a gas cell transferring device (70), a transfer sensing unit, and a control unit. The beam distribution measuring unit measures the distribution of laser beams. The laser beams are penetrated through the gas cell. The transfer sensing unit senses a position of the gas cell, thereby generating start signals and finish signals. The control unit controls the operation of the laser emitting unit and the beam distribution measuring unit based on the start and finish signals.

PURPOSE: A cold energy storage container with auxiliary expansion structures is provided that the thermal transmission path between the phase change material and the brine is reduced, the heat transmission is promoted. CONSTITUTION: A cold energy storage container comprises auxiliary expansion structures. In the phase change material by the heat of a brine(10) absorbed through a wall(11) is the solid, it changes into the liquid. The auxiliary expansion structures compress and eliminate the liquid phase change material which provisionally exists between the wall and the solid phase change material. The solid phase change material adheres closely to the wall. It is installed in the auxiliary expansion structures cooling pipe surrounding.

PURPOSE: A deuterium fluoride chemical laser is provided to be capable of easily controlling the pressure difference between monoatomic fluorine and deuterium, and securing the easiness of fabrication. CONSTITUTION: A deuterium fluoride chemical laser is provided with a monoatomic fluorine generator having a fluorine oxidizing agent supply port and a fuel supply port, a laser beam generator having a deuterium supply port, connected with the monoatomic fluorine generator for forming an oscillation region, the first direction expansion nozzle for increasing the travel speed of the monoatomic fluorine flowed into the oscillation region, a deuterium supply pipe(11) installed through the first direction expansion nozzle, a deuterium jet pipe(30) prolonged from the deuterium supply pipe toward the wall of a supersonic expansion part(12), a deuterium jet port(9) formed at one end of the deuterium jet pipe, and an optic resonator installed at one side of the laser beam generator for generating laser beam from the active medium of deuterium fluoride. At this time, the deuterium jet pipe is shaped into a linear type structure.
