Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooling device for high-temperature fluid, a flight vehicle therewith, and a cooling method for high-temperature fluid are provided to uniformly maintain the temperature of fluid exhausted from the cooling device. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device for high-temperature fluid comprises a heat exchanger(210), a compressor(220), a turbine(230), and a phase change material heat exchanger(260). The heat exchanger vaporizes a refrigerant. The compressor compresses fluid exhausted from the heat exchanger. The turbine lowers the temperature of the compressed fluid. The phase change material heat exchanger is connected to the turbine and stores a phase change material. And the phase change material heat exchanger heat-exchanges the fluid with the phase change material in order to control the temperature of the fluid.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A heat exchanger with micro-channels is provided to make length and cross section of the micro-channel uniformly and to minimize flow path deviation. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger with micro-channels comprises a heat exchanger body(10), a hot inlet body(20), a cool outlet body(50), a cool inlet body(40) and a hot outlet body(30). The heat exchanger body comprises multiple layers forming the micro channels. The cool outlet body and the hot inlet body are attached to end of the heat exchanger body. The cool inlet body and the hot outlet body are attached to the other end of the heat exchanger body. First and second curved profiles are formed on both sides which forms the width of the heat exchanger body.
