    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the carbon fiber of the high conductivity using the hydrazine reducer and a high conductivity carbon fiber which is manufactured by the same are provided to prevent the increase of the electricity resistance by phosphorus by using non-phosphoric acid hydrazine reducer, thereby improving the electric conductivity. CONSTITUTION: Nickel plating of carbon fiber uses a non-electrolysis plating method. The sensitizing of carbon fiber is performed for 10 minutes in SnCl2 solution. The carbon fiber is washed by distilled water. After the carbon fiber is activated for 10 minutes by PdCl2, the carbon is washed by distilled water. The Sn/Pd nucleus is formed on surface of the carbon fiber. After non-electrolysis plating in temperature of 30 degree during minutes, the carbon fiber is dried completely in drying device.
