    Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotational capacity testing apparatus is provided to check linear characteristics of the potentiometer having nonlinear characteristics, by comparing the waveform generated from the rotation signal with a reference waveform. CONSTITUTION: A rotational capacity testing apparatus comprises a test object which receives power from a power supply unit(100) and generates a signal in accordance with the rotation angle; a setting unit(120) where the test object is mounted; a motor(130) for uniformly rotating the setting unit so as to apply rotational movement to the test object; an A/D converter unit(150) for receiving the signal output from the test object and converting the received signal into a digital signal; and a central processing unit(160) for generating waveform by using the digital signal output from the A/D converter unit and comparing the generated waveform with a reference waveform.
