Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for measuring a resonance type sensor strong to disturbance and a resonance control loop system are provided to stably measure input physical amount because the influence of disturbance is reduce by automatically tracing a resonance point and maintaining constant amplitude. CONSTITUTION: A resonance control loop system comprises a sensor displacement detecting unit(300), a resonance point tracer(400), an amplitude control loop(500), and a sensor driving input unit(100). The sensor displacement detecting unit detects displacement signals by reading a frequency changing amount of a weight body vibrating by an input physical quantity from a detection electrode. The resonance tracer generates phase lock signals based on the changed displacement signals. The amplitude control loop generates amplitude control signals of vibration based on the changed displacement signals. The sensor driving input unit generates a driving voltage for driving the weight body based on the phase lock signals and amplitude control signals.
