Abstract: 본 발명은 종래의 정특성 계측장비에 있어서, 본체프레임과; 서로 마주보며, 회전축이 중력방향에 수직으로 상기 본체프레임에 힌지 고정된 두개의 휠과; 상기 휠의 외주면을 감싸도록 설치 가능한 무게측정 휠와이어와; 피측정체의 외주면을 감싸도록 설치 가능한 피측정체와이어와; 일단은 상기 휠와이어에 연결되고 타단은 상기 피측정체와이어에 연결되어 하나의 상기 휠이 부담하는 무게를 측정하는 저울과; 실린더형 피측정체에 장착되어 고정가능하며, 상기 실린더형 피측정체와 분리 가능한 피칭고정부와; 상기 피칭고정부에 고정된 실린더형 피측정체가 피칭 운동할 수 있는 방향으로 상기 피칭고정부의 상단을 본체에 힌지 결합하는 피칭힌지결합부와; 상기 휠의 외주면과 피측정체의 외부면을 동시에 감싸도록 설치된 휠와이어와; 상기 피측정체의 외주면에 고정되는 고정링과; 상기 고정링에 연결되어 피측정체의 원주방향으로 회전력을 가할 수 있는 회전력 가중 장치와; 일단은 상기 고정링에 연결되고 타단은 상기 본체프레임에 연결되어 상기 피측정체의 원주방향 회전운동에 대해서 복원력을 발휘하는 복원스프링을; 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 실린더형 피측정체의 정특성 계측장비를 제공함으로써, 미사일(Missile)과 같은 고정확도의 정특성 값을 요구하는 운동체를 제외한 실린더 형태를 갖는 모든 피측정체의 정특성을 신뢰성 있게 측정할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 특히 어뢰형태를 갖는 수중운동체에 대하여 수밀 특성 및 양성부력의 조건에 관계없이 정특성을 측정할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for measuring static characteristics of a cylindrical body are provided to reliably measure static characteristics of the cylindrical body by using a wheel and to measure static characteristics with respect to a submerged moving member without a water-proof characteristic and positive buoyancy. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring static characteristics of cylindrical body includes a body frame, two wheels(2a,2b), a weight measuring wheel wire, a wire of an object to be measured, and a scale. Two wheels(2a,2b) face each other and are fixed to the body frame with hinges. Shafts of two wheels(2a,2b) are vertical to a direction of gravity. The weight measuring wheel wire is installed in such a manner that the weight measuring wheel wire surrounds an outer peripheral surface of the wheel. The wire of the object to be measured is installed in such a manner that the wire of the object to be measured surrounds the object to be measured.
