Abstract: 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르는 고흡수성 수지를 포함하는 고무타일은, 고무와 흡수성 수지가 기설정된 비율로 혼합되어 형성되는 시트층 및 상기 시트층의 적어도 어느 일면을 덮도록 형성되는 외피층을 포함하고, 상기 흡수성 수지는, 상기 외피층의 균열시, 흡수성 수지가 물과 접촉하면서, 스스로 팽창하여 상기 균열을 메우게 됨으로써, 균열에 의한 틈을 밀폐하여, 물의 유입을 차단함과 동시에 고무 타일의 균열의 진행을 방지할 수 있으며, 해수 유입을 차단함으로써 선박 또는 잠수함 표면의 산화 및 노화를 방지할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A coating agent is provided to able to absorb and scatter incident sound waves, and to have low deformation of a shape and a sound wave attenuation rate under various external force including water pressure. CONSTITUTION: A coating agent(100) comprises a polyurethane prepolymer(10), an inorganic additive(20) added into the polyurethane prepolymer to have preset viscosity, and formed to attenuate incident sound waves, and a porous material(30), which is added into the polyurethane prepolymer, forming pores to attenuate the sound waves by passing through mediums different each other. The pores are randomly arranged in the coating agent. The porous material comprises at least one selected from ceramic beads, glass beads, and a capsule blowing agent comprising pores.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rubber tile including highly absorptive resins and an underwater moving object including the same are provided to seclude water inflow due to cracking of rubber tiles and to prevent progressing of cracking. CONSTITUTION: A rubber tile including highly absorptive resins(100) comprises: a sheet layer(10) which is formed by mixing rubber and absorbent resin at a predetermined ratio; and an outer skin layer which is formed to cover one side of the sheet layer. The absorbent resin is cross-linked sodium polyacrylate. The absorbent resin includes 20-80% of the cross-linked sodium polyacrylate as weight ratio. A synthetic resin adhesive is spread between the sheet layer and the epidermis layer. The epidermis layer is formed by including a synthetic rubber having corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rubber tile for an underwater moving body and the underwater moving body having the same are provided to prevent deformation caused by a water pressure and to improve durability. CONSTITUTION: A rubber tile(100) for an underwater moving body comprises a body, a coupling protrusion(20), and a coupling groove(30). The body is formed by laminating a plurality of layers. The coupling groove is formed into a corresponding size and shape to be joined to the coupling protrusion. The coupling groove is formed by being pitted into the other side of the body. Each body is closely adhered and coupled by the coupling protrusion and the coupling groove each other. The coupled bodies are attached to cover one side of the underwater moving body as one body.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sound anechoic rubber tile and an underwater moving body having the same are provided to prevent compressive deformation caused by seawater pressure, thereby improving the durability of an underwater moving body. CONSTITUTION: A sound anechoic rubber tile comprises a core layer(10), a hard layer(20), and a rubber layer(30). Lateral sides of cells(13) are joined to each other on a same plane so that the core layer is formed. The cells are respectively formed into a hollow polyprism or a cylindrical shape. The hard layer is attached so that at least one side of the core layer is covered. The rubber layer is attached on an exterior surface of the core layer or hard layer. A plurality of the cells is formed into one body in the core layer.
