    Abstract: PURPOSE: A coating agent is provided to able to absorb and scatter incident sound waves, and to have low deformation of a shape and a sound wave attenuation rate under various external force including water pressure. CONSTITUTION: A coating agent(100) comprises a polyurethane prepolymer(10), an inorganic additive(20) added into the polyurethane prepolymer to have preset viscosity, and formed to attenuate incident sound waves, and a porous material(30), which is added into the polyurethane prepolymer, forming pores to attenuate the sound waves by passing through mediums different each other. The pores are randomly arranged in the coating agent. The porous material comprises at least one selected from ceramic beads, glass beads, and a capsule blowing agent comprising pores.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An anechoic performance inspecting device and an anechoic performance measuring system using the same are provided to measure the performance when an inspection object is within a same medium or becomes a boundary of media different each other. CONSTITUTION: An anechoic performance inspecting device comprises a first body unit(100), a second body unit(200), a specimen fixing unit(300), a signal generating unit, and a signal sensing unit. A fluid is charged in an internal space of the first body unit. One end of the second body unit is joined to the first body unit. The second body unit is connected to the first body unit. The fluid is charged in an internal space of the second body unit. The specimen fixing unit is joined to one end of the first body unit. The specimen fixing unit fixes a specimen to be positioned in the internal space of the first or second body unit. The signal generating unit released continuous or discontinuous signals to the internal space of the first or second body unit. The signal sensing unit senses the signals existing in the internal spaces of the first and second body units.
