Abstract: PURPOSE: A bullet cutting apparatus is provided to treat waste by cutting bullets safely, promptly and continuously with injecting high pressure abrasive fluid to bullets, and to recycle bullets by collecting waste bullets with separating conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A safe cutting device of a bullet(101) comprises a bullet cutting chamber(110) having an inlet and an outlet in a defense wall(111); a water tub(150) containing cooling water in the bullet cutting chamber; an inlet conveyor(210) arranged in the bullet cutting chamber, and sunk in cooling water of the water tub partially; a bullet cutting unit injecting high pressure water and abrasive mixture to the bullets with an injection nozzle, and cutting bullets; a bullet turning unit arranged at the side of the water tub to clamp the end of the bullet and turn the bullet; and a bullet turn supporting unit lifting up and down in the water tub, and turning the bullet. The bullet is placed in the water, and high pressure abrasive fluid is injected to the bullet. The bullet is treated by cutting safely and promptly, and collected with separating conveniently for recycling.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An equipment for safely processing poisonous fluid is provided to safely absorb the poisonous fluid contained in a canister and to safely collect the canister. CONSTITUTION: A poisonous fluid processing equipment comprises a canister(10); a chamber(20) withdrawing the canister by having a cylinder shape; an inlet port(21) formed on a side of the chamber; an inlet port door(23) opening or closing the inlet port by being formed on the inlet port; a cylinder device(25) elevating the inlet port door by being installed on a side of the inlet port door; an outlet port(31) formed on a side of the inlet port along a circumference of the chamber; an outlet port odor(33) opening the outlet port; a turntable(40) rotationally arranged in the chamber; a canister inlet unit(80) letting the canister in the chamber; a canister withdrawing unit(110) withdrawing the canister form the chamber by being mounted on the outlet port; a penetrating unit(120) forming a through hole(11) on the canister; and a liquid absorbing unit(140) absorbing poisonous material. Moreover, an air-cleaning unit(160) cleans the canister to absorb the poisonous material.
