PURPOSE: A warhead assembly of fin stabilized discarding sabots including a sealing member is provided to effectively prevent combustion gas of a propellant from leaking through a gap between a sealing ring and a closing ring under high pressure of a breech by interlocking a protrusion of the sealing ring and a protrusion accommodating groove of the closing ring each other. CONSTITUTION: A warhead assembly of fin stabilized discarding sabots including a sealing member comprises a circular recessed groove, a circular sealing ring (16), and a circular closing ring (17). The circular recessed groove is formed along a circumferential direction of a separated unit (12) on the outer surface between front and rear center pieces (12a, 12b) formed in a sabot member. The circular closing ring is fixed to the outer surface of the circular recessed groove and one or more circular protrusions are integrally formed. The circular closing ring includes one or more accommodating grooves to accommodate one or more circular protrusions.

PURPOSE: A warhead assembly of armor piercing fin-stabilized discarding sabot with improved dispersion is provided to minimize the shaking of the warhead assembly before the warhead assembly escapes from the muzzle. CONSTITUTION: A warhead assembly of armor piercing fin-stabilized discarding sabot comprises a penetrator, a separable skin, and a wing assembly body. A plurality of first external diameter extension units and a plurality of second external diameter extension units are individually formed to the outer surface of the separable skin and the rear end outer surface of the wing assembly body. The first external diameter extension unit and the second external diameter extension unit are contacted to the inner surface of a gun barrel when the warhead assembly is launched inside the gun barrel.

PURPOSE: A spike nose enhancing the flight stability in hypersonic and transonic domain and a flying object including the same are provided to simplify manufacturing processes by securing high flying stability in transonic velocity and supersonic velocity domain by preventing the using of a trip ring. CONSTITUTION: A spike nose enhancing the flight stability comprises a joint(102) and a nose part(104). The joint is combined in the body part of a vehicle. The nose part is projected from an adapter. The diameter of the tip-end part of the nose part is 25% or greater of the diameter of the body part of vehicle.

PURPOSE: A method for disposing waste of toxic methylphosphonyl difluoride(DF) is provided to minimize waste and simplify total process using a single reaction group. CONSTITUTION: A method for disposing waste of methylphosphonyl difluoride comprises: a step of hydrolyzing the methylphosphonyl difluoride in neutral aqueous solution to generate methylphosphonic acid and hydrofluoric acid; a step of injecting water and distilling to separate and collecting hydrofluoric acid; a step of adding water to methylphosphonic acid having residual reaction group and liquid-incinerating; and a step of repeating the distillation step.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for processing waste activated carbon in which metal is supported is provided to prevent soil contamination or water contamination fundamentally, while preventing generation of various toxic gases. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing waste activated carbon in which metal is supported includes a supercritical extraction device(30), an extract reactor, a first storage tank(10), a high pressure pump(12), a second high pressure pump(22) and a depressurization valve(35). The supercritical extraction device includes one or more extract reactor and a heater heating the fluid in the extract reactor. The extract reactor removes the supported metal in activated charcoal. The first storage tank supplies carbon dioxide. The first high pressure pump raises the pressure of the carbon dioxide.

A method for treating pentachlorophenol-treated wood is provided to recycle the treated wood, and reuse the recovered solvent as an extraction solvent by recovering a solvent from a pentachlorophenol extract. A method for treating pentachlorophenol-treated wood comprises the steps of: crushing the pentachlorophenol-treated wood, adding a solvent to the crushed wood, and performing solvent extraction and centrifugation; distilling the objected pentachlorophenol extract to separate the solvent and residues containing pentachlorophenol; and treating the separated residues containing pentachlorophenol with supercritical water oxidation at a pressure of 22.1 to 30 MPa, an excessive oxygen condition of 50 to 200%, and a temperature of 374 to 600 deg.C.

PURPOSE: A shaped charge warhead of an explosive reactive armor is provided to make powerless protection of the explosive reactive armor by forming a jet of a warhead after penetrating the reactive armor. CONSTITUTION: A shaped charge warhead includes a contact switch. The contact switch comprises a conical tube(21); a stopper(22) for a contact switch and an electrode terminal(23) for contact switch. The stopper is screwed to the conical tube. The stopper has strong strength. The electrode terminal is for priming of the warhead. The electrode terminal is fixed to the conical tube by being separated electrically with a heat transferring body(25). The electrode terminal is not contacted with the stopper. The shaped charge warhead is screwed to a warhead body(24). Thereby, protection of the reactive armor is powerless because the shaped charge armor penetrates the reactive armor without priming. Penetrating performance of the shaped charge warhead is improved by supplying a passage of a jet with the conical tube.

PURPOSE: A bullet cutting apparatus is provided to treat waste by cutting bullets safely, promptly and continuously with injecting high pressure abrasive fluid to bullets, and to recycle bullets by collecting waste bullets with separating conveniently. CONSTITUTION: A safe cutting device of a bullet(101) comprises a bullet cutting chamber(110) having an inlet and an outlet in a defense wall(111); a water tub(150) containing cooling water in the bullet cutting chamber; an inlet conveyor(210) arranged in the bullet cutting chamber, and sunk in cooling water of the water tub partially; a bullet cutting unit injecting high pressure water and abrasive mixture to the bullets with an injection nozzle, and cutting bullets; a bullet turning unit arranged at the side of the water tub to clamp the end of the bullet and turn the bullet; and a bullet turn supporting unit lifting up and down in the water tub, and turning the bullet. The bullet is placed in the water, and high pressure abrasive fluid is injected to the bullet. The bullet is treated by cutting safely and promptly, and collected with separating conveniently for recycling.

A manufacturing method for zero-valent iron stabilized by alginate and alginate-silicate beads, according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps: forming a mixture solution by combining aqueous solutions of iron chloride and calcium chloride and stirring the same; synthesizing calcium-iron-alginate beads by adding an aqueous solution of sodium alginate into the above solution drop-by-drop; washing and drying the synthesized calcium-iron-alginate beads; and injecting a reducing agent into the dried calcium-iron-alginate beads, to manufacture the zero-valent iron. PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for treating the waste of solid rocket propulsion unit are provided to safely treat propellant filled in a solid rocket propulsion unit based on water jet. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for treating the waste of solid rocket propulsion unit includes a disassembling unit(10) for a propulsion unit, a water jet treating unit(20), a pulverizer(30), a dissolving unit(40), a filtering unit(50), a crystallizing unit(60), and a drying unit(70). The water jet treating unit eliminates propellant filled in a combusting pipe into the form of chips based on water of high pressures. The pulverizer pulverizes the propellant into the form of particulate with water. The dissolving unit dissolves ammonium perchlorate contained in the propellant into water. The filtering unit separates an ammonium perchlorate aqueous solution from propellant slurry. Crystallized ammonium perchlorate is precipitated, refined, and dried.
