Abstract:
다수개의 조종날개와 구동장치가 장착된 유도무기 몸체를 그대로 사용하여 부하 시험을 수행할 수 있는 유도무기 조종날개 실시간 부하 인가 시스템을 제공한다. 상기 유도무기 조종날개 실시간 부하 인가 시스템은, 미리 설정되는 시험 시나리오에 따라 유도 무기를 조종하여 상기 유도 무기의 조종 날개를 동작시키는 실시간 처리 장치, 및 상기 유도 무기의 몸체 및 조종 날개들이 장착되며, 동작에 따른 상기 조종 날개의 날개각을 측정하고 부하를 인가할 수 있는 시뮬레이터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device for detecting rudder angle is provided to allow checking rudder angle with naked eyes and recognizing output command comparing with input command through a synchro. CONSTITUTION: A device(10) includes a supportive frame which is annular; a synchro assembly(30) assembled to the supportive frame; and an adapter(18) connecting the synchro assembly with a rudder(14) comprising a supportive block, a special screw fixed to a fixing part of the rudder to support the supportive block, a fixing bolt preventing horizontal shaking and coupled to the rudder and a guide block sliding by rotation of the fixing bolt and attached on the rudder and including an E-shaped stopper ring installed between the fixing bolt and the guide block.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Zero-point adjustment method and device for a control board of guided munitions are provided to measure the actual mechanical errors of a control board and simply adjust the zero point of the control board in real time. CONSTITUTION: Zero-point adjustment method and device for a control board of guided munitions are as follows. A rudder angle is input to the driving controller(10) of guided munitions at a test signal input/output unit(100). A rudder angle(30) of the control board actually driven by a driving unit receiving a rudder angle from a driving controller is compared with that of a driving unit measured at a location sensor(40). The rudder angle of the control board actually driven and the rudder angle of the driving unit measured at the location sensor are matched by controlling the reference value of the location sensor.
