Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device for recording operation history of rocket ignition safety device to store necessary data temporarily for measuring delay time of electrical and mechanical delay member of the ignition safety device. CONSTITUTION: A supporter(100) is provided detachably in a rocket having a receiving space. A power supplier supplies power to a rocket ignition safety device and a history recording device on the supporter. A switching portion is installed in one side of the supporter to control power applied to the rocket ignition safety device and the history recording device. A sensing member is installed inner side of the supporter to sense looseness of the rocket ignition safety device. A signal processing member is installed in one side of the supporter to process signals transmitted from the sensing member and store information.

PURPOSE: A rocket ignition is carried out when the rocket reached a certain distance by an injection device of the rocket to prevent damage of injection device by back draft. CONSTITUTION: A rocket ignition safety device comprises a body(1), an electrical delaying member, a driving member, a mechanical delaying member, a first limiting member, a second limiting member. The body is attached inside of the body and has a space inside. The electrical delaying member is installed in side of the body to delay ignition of the rocket. The driving member is installed in the same shaft of the rotation shaft of the rocket to drive the electrical delaying member by the rotation. The mechanical delaying member is installed inside of the body to delay the driving of the driving member mechanically. The first limiting member is installed inside of the body to limit driving of the driving member when the rocket is in launching chamber. The second limiting member is installed in the body to limit the driving of the driving member for a certain time.

본 발명은 로켓이 발사관으로부터 일정 거리에 도달한 이후에 안전하게 점화되도록 하는 로켓점화안전장치에 관한 것으로서, 각 구성요소를 수용 및 지지하는 하우징(100)과; 하우징(100)의 내면에 가공된 슬롯을 따라 조립되며 특정 조건에서 착화신호를 출력하는 지연점화회로 조립체(110)와; 하우징(100)의 상부커버(120)에 설치되어 지연점화회로 조립체에 전원을 공급하는 입력 커넥터(125)와; 하우징(100)의 하부커버(130)에 조립되며 지연점화회로 조립체(110)와 수직하게 결합되어 지연점화회로 조립체(110)에 트리거 신호를 제공하는 MEMS 조립체(150)와; 하우징(100)에 출력라인(145)으로 연결되고 추진기관의 착화기에 결합되며 상기 출력라인(145)을 통해 전달된 상기 지연점화회로 조립체(110)의 착화신호를 착화기 회로로 전달하는 출력 커넥터(140);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 일정치 이상의 관성력 또는 사출가속도가 작용하는 경우에만 추진기관이 점화되어 발사도중의 안전사고를 예방할 수 있음은 물론 비정상적인 상황에서는 트리거 신호가 인가되지 않아 운송이나 취급 및 저장 중의 안전성이 대폭 확대된다.

표면상에서로이격되도록패터닝되는제1도전부와제2도전부를구비하는하부기판과, 상기하부기판상에배치되고수직방향으로기설정된가속도보다큰 가속도를받으면상기제1도전부와제2도전부를통전시키도록구성되는상부기판을포함하는가속도스위치를제공한다. 이를통한가속도스위치는, 수직방향의가속도를감지하고자하는면에넓게부착하여장착각도에의해발생할수 있는가속도감지오차를감소시키고, 접촉및 분리가이루어지는구성요소의손상을방지할수 있다. 또한, 돌출부를포함함으로써, 기판에수평인방향의외력성분에의한가속도스위치의손상이방지될수 있다.
