Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of estimating a location of a moving target in environment where screening exists is provided for a non-target observer to learn weighted value and motion information. CONSTITUTION: An image is inputted (S110). Feature points are extracted from non-target image information of the inputted image (S120). Whether screening exists or not is detected (S130). When the screening exists, relative location information of target and non-target information from a feature point of the non-target image information, non-target observer, is extracted. A target location is estimated (S150).
