CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a dynamic characteristic of a bearing comprises a motor housing, a rotor(30), electromagnet(50), and a sensor(40). The motor housing comprises a hollow and stator. The rotor comprises permanent magnetic in which a pure iron core(33) is arranged. The rotor is supported by an airfoil bearing and inserted into the hollow. The electromagnet is arranged in both end parts of the rotor, thereby being formed to excite the rotor. The sensor is formed in order to measure a displacement difference of the rotor caused by excitation.
