Abstract: The present invention relates to a high-resolution measurement apparatus for calculating a location of a wireless transmitter, in which a plurality of receivers can accurately measure an arriving time of a sync signal sent from a transmitter, thereby increasing the accuracy when the location of the transmitter is calculated. The apparatus includes a receiver which increases measurement resolution of an arriving time of a sync signal received from a wireless transmitter; a GPS receiver which generates a position of the receiver and a pulse signal; and a central processing unit which calculates the position of the wireless transmitter using the arriving time of the sync signal sent from the receiver and the position of the receiver.
