The present invention relates to a system for an electromagnetic environment effect test of an aircraft with an electromagnetic wave transceiver and, more particularly, to a system for an electromagnetic environment effect test of an aircraft with an electromagnetic wave transceiver, capable of securing the performance of the electromagnetic wave transceiver and the aviation stability of the aircraft by accurately checking the electromagnetic compatibility of the electromagnetic wave transceiver and the aircraft and securing reliability, conveniently and safely verifying an electromagnetic environment effect, and securing the safety of the aircraft, a passenger, and a tester.

The present invention relates to an airplane mounting device for evaluating the electromagnetic environmental effects of an airplane having an electromagnetic wave transceiving device and, more specifically, to an airplane mounting device for evaluating the electromagnetic environmental effects of an airplane having an electromagnetic wave transceiving device capable of accurately checking the electromagnetism compatibility of the airplane and the electromagnetic wave transceiving device to obtain reliability and conveniently evaluating the electromagnetic environmental effects by stably supporting the airplane having the electromagnetic transceiving device while being separated from the bottom surface. The airplane mounting device for evaluating the electromagnetic environmental effects of an airplane having an electromagnetic wave transceiving device according to the present invention comprises multiple mounting units installed in the floor corresponding to the wheel positions of the airplane; multiple electromagnetic wave absorbers attached to the mounting units; and a wheel fixing unit mounted on the top surface of the mounting units to fix the wheels of the airplane. The present invention can minimize the effects of reflective waves by arranging the electromagnetic wave absorbers while the airplane having the electromagnetic wave transceiving device is separated from the floor. Accordingly, the present invention can accurately check the electromagnetism compatibility of the airplane and the electromagnetic wave transceiving device and can obtain the reliability to verify the flight stability of the airplane and the performance of the electromagnetic wave transceiving device. Also, the present invention can conveniently and safely verify the electromagnetic environmental effects by stably mounting and fixing the wheels of the airplane with the wheel fixing unit arranged to enable forward and backward movement.

본 발명은 이기종 무선 네트워크 시스템에서 영상 스트리밍 서비스를 제공하기 위한 서버의 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로서, 사용자 단말이 선호하는 영상 화질의 범위를 결정하는 과정과, 상기 영상 화질의 범위 및 적어도 두 개의 네트워크 각각의 경로에 대한 데이터 전송 비용을 기반으로 적어도 하나의 네트워크 경로별 전송 패킷 수를 결정하는 과정과, 상기 사용자 단말로 제공할 영상에 대한 패킷을 상기 적어도 하나의 네트워크 경로별 전송 패킷 수를 기반으로 상기 적어도 하나의 네트워크에 배분하여 전송하는 과정을 포함한다.
