PURPOSE: A wind power generation rotor installed on a road and a wind power generation system using the same are provided to block headlight from upcoming vehicles by positioning a light block shield at the upper side of the rotator. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generation rotor installed on a road comprises rotary shafts and a plurality of rotary blades(12). The rotary blades are respectively connected to the rotary shafts, and placed along the circumference of the rotary shaft. Each rotary blade comprises a curved surface. The curvature is radially formed around the rotary shaft. A light block shield is connected to the top of a support.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A polar transmitter with a time delay compensation function and an operating method thereof, and a mobile terminal with the same are provided to prevent a time delay when signals are transmitted/received. CONSTITUTION: A baseband signal processing unit(210) outputs a pulse modulation signal for detecting a time delay. An amplitude modulating unit(220) generates an amplitude modulating signal by the pulse modulation signal. A phase modulating unit(230) generates a phase modulating signal by the pulse modulation signal. A time delay compensating unit(250) differentially amplifies the difference between an output of the amplitude modulating unit and an output of the phase modulating unit.
