Abstract: PURPOSE: A wind power generation rotor installed on a road and a wind power generation system using the same are provided to block headlight from upcoming vehicles by positioning a light block shield at the upper side of the rotator. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generation rotor installed on a road comprises rotary shafts and a plurality of rotary blades(12). The rotary blades are respectively connected to the rotary shafts, and placed along the circumference of the rotary shaft. Each rotary blade comprises a curved surface. The curvature is radially formed around the rotary shaft. A light block shield is connected to the top of a support.
