    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for measuring breeding amount of Laternula elliptica using an immunological technique is provided to accurately calculate recruitment and to determined optimal environment capacity. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring breeding amount of Laternula elliptica comprises: a step of purely isolating eggs from Laternula elliptica and isolating p154; and a step of applying the antibody on ELISA and selectively detecting only eggs from Laternula elliptica. The egg protein of a Laternula elliptica extract is quantitatively measured.
