Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for measuring breeding amount of Laternula elliptica using an immunological technique is provided to accurately calculate recruitment and to determined optimal environment capacity. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring breeding amount of Laternula elliptica comprises: a step of purely isolating eggs from Laternula elliptica and isolating p154; and a step of applying the antibody on ELISA and selectively detecting only eggs from Laternula elliptica. The egg protein of a Laternula elliptica extract is quantitatively measured.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种利用免疫学技术测定紫花苜蓿繁殖量的方法，以准确计算招募和确定最佳环境容量。 构成：测定紫花苜蓿繁殖量的方法，包括：将椭圆形卵纯化并分离p154的步骤; 以及在ELISA上应用抗体并选择性地仅检测来自紫花苜蓿的卵的步骤。 定量测定紫花苜蓿提取物的卵蛋白。
