Abstract: 본 발명은, 진공 챔버와 같은 챔버 내에서 플라즈마를 이용하는 경우 챔버 내부를 촬영하여 플라즈마 방전 상태를 용이하게 관찰할 수 있게 하는 플라즈마 촬영장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 진공 챔버 안에 카메라를 설치하여 플라즈마 방전 형상을 촬영하므로 플라즈마 방전 형상을 실시간으로 용이하게 관찰할 수 있고, 특히, 고 진공 영역에서 카메라에 의한 촬영 사진의 해상도가 떨어지는 문제의 원인을 규명하고 이를 해결한바, 고 진공에서도 고해상도의 플라즈마 방전을 촬영할 수 있는 플라즈마 촬영시스템을 제공할 수 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a fuel cell separating plate is provided to economically manufacture the fuel cell separating plate compared to a sputtering method by using sublimation of metal targets, and to manufacture the fuel cell separating plate having optimal roughness and flatness on an elaborate surface layer structure. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a fuel cell separating plate comprises a step of heating heat sources of a solid Cr target, a Ti target, or a Ta target in order to form CrN, TiN or TaN layers on a stainless steel substrate. The CrN, TiN or TaN coating layers are formed on the stainless steel substrate by generating and operating plasma after bias power is connected to the solid target sources, and inert gas or the gas mixed with NH3 are supplied to reactive nitrogen gas. The solid target source is evaporated into chrome, titanium, or thallium sublimate without melting, and reacts with the gas. Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for photographing plasma by a camera in a vacuum chamber is provided to perform high resolution photography about a specific ion which generates plasma discharge by adding a filter which transmits only the specific wave. CONSTITUTION: A camera(100) includes a lens(110) which is formed in the center. The camera includes a channel switch(140), a bracket fixing hole(130), a mains connection part(150). The camera includes an antenna(120) for remote radio control. The camera is able to use the CCD camera module of 41 million pixels. The camera selectively is able to use a CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Silicon) image sensor with a high resolution. The camera is able to omit the channel switch and the antenna etc.
