Abstract: PURPOSE: A projection head lamp assembly for a vehicle is provided to improve operation response rate by installing a driving cam on one end of a shield shaft and generating momentary torque in the shield. CONSTITUTION: A bulb(10) emits light. A reflector(20) reflects the light emitted in the bulb to frontward. A shield unit(30) is composed of a shield shaft(31) supported by the reflector, and a shield(35) located on the shield shaft. A driving cam(40) rotates the shield unit by being rotated according to rectilinear movement of a solenoid. The driving cam is inserted into one end of the shield shaft. One end of a return spring is combined to the driving cam and the other end of the return spring is combined to the shield shaft. A lens(45) is connected to the front side of the reflector.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotary head is provided to improve safety on a curved road by rotating a reflector. CONSTITUTION: A reflector(100) is rotatably installed in a housing of a head lamp for a vehicle. The reflector emits light forward by reflecting light when a light source is turned on. The reflector has a reflection surface which is divided into several parts to increase a dosage. The reflector, the light source, a lens, a base plate(120), and an ISM(130) are formed in the housing. A rotation shaft(110) is mounted on the lower side of the reflector. The base plate is installed on the rear of the reflector.
