Abstract: A quarter inner cover of outside mirror for vehicle is provided to equalize the thickness of quarter inner cover and improve the texture. A quarter inner cover of outside mirror for vehicle comprises a fastener(20) for screwing the bolt for mounting of outside mirror. The fastener is formed in a combined form of the fastener in a quarter inner cover after inner-setting the fastener on a quarter inner cover mold for molding a quarter inner cover(10) through the double molding process. The fastener is made of softer than the quarter inner cover.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A combined door for a vehicle is provided to achieve various door designs by an extension part which is formed in a door frame and an inner panel and is combined with an outer panel by hemming process. CONSTITUTION: A combined door for a vehicle comprises: an extension part(10,20) which is formed on a door frame(100) which forms the exterior of a door and on the side of a inner panel(200) with fixed intervals; and hemming part(30) which is formed on the boundary of an outer panel in order to be hamming processed with fixed intervals. The outer panel has the same shape as the boundary of the extension part. The extension part and the hamming part are combined together.
