    Abstract: The present invention relates to a mounting structure of a cross-bar that is mounted on a back of a cowl, including the cowl that is shaped to be bent to a lower side in a longitudinal direction and is mounted in a transverse direction on a vehicle body; the cross-bar that is mounted in the transverse direction of the vehicle body on the back of the cowl and has a supporting portion protruding toward the cowl; and a mounting bracket that is coupled with an end of the supporting portion and is surface-bonded to the cowl, wherein the mounting bracket has a bent portion formed to protrude to be separated from a surface of the cowl. According to the present invention, the bent portion is formed in the mounting bracket, and thus a moment that acts at a bonding point between the supporting portion and the cowl can be suppressed in an idle state of a vehicle even without any increase in mounting bracket thickness.
